The Flow Fitness Perform B5s offers a beautiful 10.1” Touchscreen which allows you to easily navigate to the multimedia menu. In this menu you will find a wide choice apps (such as Netflix, YouTube and Spotify) which can be used on the exercise bike while using the iConsole training programme. In addition the the bike has 12 pre-set programmes and heart rate controlled programmes. With its low entry level, horizontal and vertical seat adjustment, quick keys integrated into the handle bars and easy to operate computer this bike is suitable for any user. Not only is this bike the perfect home exercise bike it would be ideal in any physiotherapy environment. To sum up the Flow Fitness B5s is user friendly, durable, functional and stable.
